• 國籍證明⽂件：護照為主，申請期限截⽌前來不及辦好護照者，可暫時以本國身分證件替代。
  
  
• 財⼒證明：近3個⽉內銀⾏存款證明 (⾄少20萬元新臺幣或6,500元美⾦) 或獎學⾦證明⽂件，若非申請⼈本⼈帳戶，需附上資助者親筆聲明信，說明與申請⼈關係並保證負擔申請⼈在臺就學所有費⽤。

  • ⾼中以上學位證書
  • 國際教育機構頒發的證書 (若原始⽂憑非中⽂或英⽂，需附中⽂或英⽂翻譯件)，須經中華⺠國⼤使館、領事館、代表處或外交部授權的機構認證。
  • 畢業⽣需要在申請時提交學校頒發的官⽅預期畢業證明 (中⽂或英⽂)，作為畢業證書的替代⽂件。
    
    
• 華語⽂能⼒ CEFR A2 以上之證明：截⽌前如果來不及參加考試，可上傳現有的證明或者學習時數說明，並於入學後參加考試。
  
  
• 歷年成績單正本：需由中華⺠國⼤使館、領事館、代表處或外交部授權的其他機構進⾏認證，或由申請⼈先前就讀學校直接郵寄⾄欲申請學校之封存信封內。如原始⽂憑非中⽂或英⽂，則需附上中⽂或英⽂翻譯件。

• Verification of nationality: The passport is the primary identification document. For applicants who are unable to obtain a passport before the application deadline, temporary use of the national identification document is permitted.
  
  
• Financial statement: Bank statement from the past 3 months (with a minimum of NTD $200,000 or USD $6,500) or a scholarship certificate. In case the account does not belong to the applicant, a signed declaration from the sponsor detailing their relationship with the applicant and guaranteeing financial support for the applicant's expenses during their studies in Taiwan.

• Autobiography in English or Chinese
  
  
• The highest-level certificate or equivalent academic attainment
  • High school diploma or higher education certificate.
  • Certificates issued by international educational institutions (if the original diploma is not in Chinese or English, a translated copy in Chinese or English is required), must be authenticated by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (ROC), such as ROC embassies, consulates, or representative offices.
  • Graduating students are required to submit an official certificate of expected graduation (in Chinese or English) issued by the school as an alternative document in the application.
    
    
• Evidence of Chinese language proficiency at CEFR level A2 or above: If unable to take the test before the registration deadline, applicants may upload existing certificates or documentation of study hours and take the test after enrollment.
  
  
• Original transcript issued by the institution: The document must be authenticated by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (ROC), such as ROC embassies, consulates, representative offices, or other agencies. Alternatively, the applicant's former school may directly mail the document to the intended institution in a sealed envelope. If the original diploma is not in Chinese or English, a translated copy in Chinese or English is required.
